Program: Nadine and Bob spent a couple of weeks in Iceland this past summer and they have recently added an Iceland program to their “Views of Nature” offerings. Iceland is called the land of fire and ice. It has numerous glaciers and ice fields plus a number of active, as well as dormant, volcanos. Couple this with the grand landscape, numerous bird species and photogenic towns and villages, and you have a photographer's dream location. This one-hour program will give you an overview of how to travel to and around Iceland, gain insight as to the history, cuisine, and culture and explore the numerous photographic opportunities.
